Budgeting & Scheduling

We've all heard the horror stories. Either the project took twice as long or was way over budget, and sometimes both.

Obviously, there are a lot of unknowns in construction, especially in remodel projects, but we take pride in our ability to deliver outstanding results, and within the agreed timeframe and budget.

We feel that precise scheduling has a direct impact on budget. That is why we schedule our projects as concise as we do. We only hire subcontractors that are willing to work with either our crew and or other subcontractors at the same time.

We try to create a team concept, helping each other out to get our goals accomplished in a timely manner.
