Jeffrey J. Steffen , President. JJSteffen Design & Build, Inc.was founded by Jeff Steffen in 2003. Jeff graduated from Morton High School and studied engineering and business at Illinois Central College. He has 14 years of experience in the construction field. Jeffrey is married to Cara Steffen and they have 3 wonderful children. Jeff is also president of both of our other business ventures, CSI Exterior Solutions, Inc. and TreadStone Flooring + Interiors. Cara Steffen, Marketing Director. Cara has been designing for JJSteffen Design & Build, Inc. since 2003. Cara has a degree in graphic design and was employed by V Gallery in Morton for design work and photography for 6 years before taking time off to become a full time mom.
