As a general contractor, we think a lot like a customer. We take that mentality into our 2 other companies, CSI Exterior Solutions, Inc. and TreadStone Flooring + Interiors.
CSI Exterior Solutions, Inc.In June of 2008, we acquired the gutter and siding division of Contractor Services of Illinois. we have been working very hard to bring the service and quality up to our high standards.

TreadStone Flooring + Interiors
TreadStone was formed in early 2009. Terry Kern, our vice president, has a tremendous talent for ceramic tile installation and design as well as other flooring applications. We do both commercial and residential installations.
You may have seen some of our work already as we were a part of the McDonald's McCafe Installation projects. All in all, we did 12 stores, from Morton all the way to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
